Refund and Returns Policy

Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. For an item to qualify for return, it must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original wrapping and packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that tailor made products are non-returnable. Your statutory rights to refund or exchange still apply if the goods are faulty or not as described. 

All products must be inspected prior to hanging. Faults must be reported immediately. No claim can be accepted after wallcoverings have been cut and hung, our responsibility is limited to the cost of the replacement wallpaper.

We do not accept returns on samples.

How to return your order:

Send an email to info@stuartrodgers.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. Please provide the following information:

Provide your name, address, date of purchase, order reference number and items purchased (product name and quantity)

Indicate if you would rather exchange the goods or receive a refund, and the reason for the exchange or refund.

Return the product within 14 days.

To make a return or exchange we require the product returned in an unused, unopened, and resalable condition, in its original wrapping/packaging.

Refunds will be issued only after we have received and inspected the product. You must send your returns using a recorded or signed for service, and retain the proof of postage.

The returns address will be advised in an email.

Faulty Products

Every effort is made to ensure you receive your order in perfect condition. If you receive a faulty or damaged order please inform us immediately, or anytime up to 14 days of receipt by email to info@stuartrodgers.co.uk

Please include your order reference number in all communications. Once the damaged product is verified, we will arrange either a refund or exchange as you prefer. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
