Stitch Flemish Warp takes the Flemish Bond pattern and gives it a twist. This pattern is transformed by colour and is one of my favourite setting ideas. Stitch is named because the elements that make up each pattern resemble tiled stitches. Flemish Warp works beautifully in plain colour and equally as well as a mix. The jagged rows of colour appear as cloth woven into stripes, making these tiles a carpet of pattern for the wall or floor.
Suggested colour combinations are available to order although tailoring is possible from the palette of fifteen porcelain colours. Different colour placements will accordingly alter the look and effect of each pattern. It must be remembered that the colour of the grout is almost as important as the tile and has a dramatic influence on the finished effect.
