Nexus

Nexus is about connection. One idea meets another, continues, changes direction and joins something new. The geometry is precise, but its real character comes from the relationships created between its parts.

There is a natural satisfaction in patterns built this way. Repetition establishes order, while connection prevents each motif from existing in isolation. The boundaries become less important than the larger network they create. It is a simple principle, yet one capable of producing surprising complexity.

That idea has parallels far beyond decoration. Maps, transport systems, circuitry and urban plans all make sense of complexity through connection. Individual routes matter, but their real value comes from where they meet. Nexus shares something of that visual logic without referring directly to any one source.

Rhythm plays an equally important role. Intersections recur with enough regularity to give the design structure, while changes in direction keep that rhythm active. The pattern feels continuous rather than simply repeated.

Nexus is one of the more overtly geometric designs in the collection, and there is no attempt to soften that character. Instead, it celebrates the clarity of lines meeting, separating and reconnecting. What begins as a collection of individual motifs becomes something more interesting through their relationship with one another.
